extremely ghetto and unprofessional, i came in said my car was moving back and forth sideways and was making a sound he looked at me like i was crazy told me I need shocks and struts said he didn't feel the wobbling or noise, gave me an estimate for 700 plus dollars, got home looked at my car I had a flat tire/air was escaping. got new tires problem fixed
Took my Jeep in because the turn signals quit working. The guy I spoke to tried to do the work "unofficially" for cash after rolling his eyes when I walked in because his lunch had just arrived and I guess I was getting in the way of that. Unprofessional and rude.
Great, helpful, friendly staff. Very patient as I knew nothing about my own car.
